My name is Kristy.  I am a Clinical Exercise Therapist with over 15 years of working with people with back and joint pain.   As a mum of 1 I’ve moved into all things pregnancy and post natal related, at this stage in my own life,  helping mamas is my main passion.  If this blog can help you achieve even a little more energy, alleviate some pain, or have you feel better about your body, then we are on the road to success!

To me, being a parent is one of the most underrated jobs there is.  We are literally raising the next lot humans who are going to impact the planet.  That requires a lot of energy on our behalf.  Energy that is wasted when it’s spent on things like pain, tension and discomfort.

I wanted to create a credible space for sharing information about post natal exercise and dealing with pain.   It’s not an area where most of us want to follow along blindly – we want information that we can trust – that was certainly how I felt when I had my baby, and how many of my clients have felt too.

It’s so important to understand the basics of what happens to your own body during and after pregnancy.  Most women don’t know much about this topic and can feel that they have no choice but to follow advice that doesn’t feel right – because they aren’t educated.

That doesn’t have to be you.  This website is jammed packed with resources – with more being added every single week.  And if I can offer any support or help along the way – watch my upcoming videos in the weekly blog, and we can start moving right together 🙂
